Grocery Store Tour Are you trying to eat better but are unfamiliar with the whole unprocessed foods available in the store or are confused by labeling and health claims on packages – I can help. We will walk through the grocery store reading ingredients, talking about what’s in the bulk bins, finding healthy options for your diet, and dissecting labeling. The tour is based on your interests and needs. $50 per visit – feel free to bring a friend
